Casi's Professional Background: Casi Vician grew up showing young Quarter Horses as a youth and breaking Thoroughbreds for the race track. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Ursuline College and attended John Carroll University for her Master's work. Casi has been an Information Technology professional in the healthcare field for over ten years, all the while training and showing horses professionally. She is also a USA Gymnastics Professional Coach.
Accomplishments: Casi Vician has trained numerous horses and riders to state and national year-end and high-point awards, futurity championships and titles in a variety of events. Her teams have been Congress Winners, Top Ten's and Finalists year after year. Casi is also the former owner of Becoming Art, an NSBA Open English Horse of the Year and the trainer of NSBA All-Time highest earning Hunter Under Saddle horse, WD Good Fellow. She directed the breeding and training of Congress Champion, The Art Of Sleep and trained Texas A&M Equestrian Team Member, Katie Conklin and Dance On These Irons to a Top Five and Top Ten placing at the AQHA Amateur World Championship Show.
Affiliations: Casi is an active member of AQHA, NSBA, Western Pennsylvania and Ohio Quarter Horse Associations. She is also an AQHA Professional Horseman and has served on the AQHA Professional Horsemen's Association Committee.
Steve Ischay, MBA: An avid animal lover and AQHA Amateur, Steve partnered with Casi Vician in 2018 on the purchase of My Beautiful Irons and in 2019 the purchase of Zippos Backup.
Steve is a 25 year IT professional, with over 12 years of IT sales, studying business following his service in the U.S. Navy as a submariner. He completed first his B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix in Gilbert, AZ, and later received his MBA at The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
In addition to his passion for animals, Steve is a lifelong fan of football, taking his love from playing to now coaching. Steve has served as a volunteer board member for the Chardon, Oho Youth Football program as both Vice President, and currently President. He has also been an assistant and head coach for nine years in the CYF program.

Casi trains horses and riders in the disciplines of Hunter Under Saddle, Equitation, Showmanship, Performance Halter, Hunter Hack and colt breaking for all disciplines.
We regularly attend weekend shows, as well as majors, such as the NSBA, Youth, Amateur and Open World Championships and the All-American Quarter Horse Congress.

An avid deep sea fisherman, Steve knows how to enjoy downtime and realizes clients come to us for that downtime to escape the day-to-day grind. We respect our clients' time and try to make it enjoyable.
